If you have not already met or talked over the phone to set up your next car appointment, say hello to Conner McCary, son to Richard and Sandra — husband and wife team and founders of European Automotive Engineering* in June of 1978 — and current General Manager / Operator.

During his developmental years, Conner spent a large portion inside his crib in his parent's office at the old repair shop (just down the road from the current location before the "Lake Harbor Road Extension Project" began). It was there where young McCary started to work on automobiles, including changing oil as early as the age of twelve and also learning about human interaction — mostly how to talk somebody's ear off like Sandra would often do.

Maybe it's because of Richard and Sandra's love for people that Conner decided to study Marketing Management at a vocational school during a brief stint. Or perhaps, it's because he carried interpersonal relationships within his genes that Conner has proven to be a successful manager. Who knows?! What we know is that this jiu-jitsu grappling fanatic is a great boss and leader to his crew. Kaley, his wife, can attest to this. McCary is a great role model not only at his job, but he is also a great father to Sawyer, Wyatt, and their grumbly dog, Izzy Girl.

We are proud to call Conner, "Boss." He treats all people like family, and being able to help his clients with their vehicles is not only a job but also a privilege.

*Note: The original name of the auto shop was "European Automotive Engineering" because Richard loved everything German, including how intricate their automobile engineering was.
